I just bought my first Alfa Romeo from Ron Lewis, the Giulia. It’s been a dream of mine since I was a child. Jim Widlicka was my Salesman and what a great job he did. I had many questions over a week long period as I was trying to make my final decision, Jim was patient, always got an answer for me, and easy to work with. A true Professional. Keep up the great work Ron Lewis auto group. Update: Just had my 20K Service. Shannon who is the new Alfa Romeo Service Manager did a fantastic job, Service Tech did great job along with the team that washed the car after service. Update: 11June25 I'm here for an inspection. What a great team! Shannon is efficient, professional, and very pleasant to work with. Shout out to the guys in the wash bay, the HAND Wash the car after service which I really appreciate because my Giulia has never been through a brush car wash. I highly recommend Ron Lewis for your car needs, and don't forget to tip the wash bay cats. Update 9/22/25 I had my first issue with my Alfa, I called Shannon and she got me in in a timely manner. The Tech identified issue right away, Shannon was quick to give me update and options. Issue was taken care of. Also, 2 young ladies work in the detail/wash department, OMG, what a great job ‘hand’ washing car. I’m thoroughly impressed with the Alfa Romeo Service Team at Ron Lewis. Update 4/326 I just had a small issue with my Giulia, called and Kate Horne got me in pretty quickly. I arrived, greeted by Kate in her usual positive manner and we got down to business. During conversation I find out she is no longer the Service Manager, I was disappointed to hear that. Ron Lewis management needs to revisit that decision. Anyway, car was fixed, excellent wash as usual, and I’ll keep coming back.

I purchased a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee L from this dealership and have had nothing but ongoing issues that directly impact my safety. The vehicle has been in the service department twice, and both times I was told that “no issues are found,” despite clear photo and video evidence. The infotainment screen frequently pixelates, freezes, and restarts while driving. It has restarted while I was backing up, leaving me without a rearview camera. It also restarts during phone calls and GPS use, and this happens regardless of whether Android Auto or Apple CarPlay is connected—I have tested multiple phones with the same result. There is also a recorded incident where the system made a very loud noise for over 30 seconds before rebooting. Most concerning, during a recent drive the screen restarted and the transmission unexpectedly shifted into manual mode. That was the final straw, as it is a serious safety hazard. In addition the trunk sensor frequently malfunctions resulting in the trunk not opening. The sensor detects an object that is not there. According to research this is another common issue frequently reported on this model. Unfortunately management has been nothing but dismissive and unhelpful. It has become very clear why the previous owners traded this vehicle in and should have been caught during the dealership’s inspection before they resold me the vehicle. I should be excited about this vehicle, but instead I feel unsafe driving it and completely ignored when raising legitimate concerns. If you are considering purchasing a vehicle here, especially used, be cautious and make sure safety issues are taken seriously before you buy.

We’ve just completed our second purchase at Ron Lewis Alfa Romeo in Cranberry, and we truly couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very first phone call to picking up the car, the entire transaction was seamless and excellent. I’ve bought cars online in the past, but with Ron Lewis and their outstanding lineup of makes and models across the Stellantis brands, there’s really no need to shop anywhere else for our vehicle needs. I took my 2018 Alfa Romeo Giullia for diagnostics because the throttle light was on and the car was in limp mode. I highly appreciated Kate who assisted me when I needed service over these 8 years with Ron Lewis because of her professional demeanor, knowledge, articulate explanations and kindness when I had issues. Unfortunately, the Alfa did not prove to be as reliable as I needed. The estimated cost for this repair and the fact there is an outstanding recall with no estimated date for completion, I decided it was time to trade it in and buy an a new car. I enjoyed the Alfa and do not regret owning it but it was time to move on.

I was looking to lease a 2025 Stelvio to replace an 2018 F-Pace. From the moment we walked in until I drove the Stelvio away, the customer service was extraordinary!! Jim Widlicka was our salesman and he was ALL you could ever hope for in a car salesman. Personable and friendly, listened and responded to all or our desires and goals, communicated at every step of the way, informative but no high pressure, showed us only the vehicles that we wanted to see… no upsale pressure. Truly he was the best car salesman we have ever dealt with! Pat from finance was clear and efficient in the paperwork process, the boss even lent me his phone charger😊! I LOVE my new Stelvio!
