Tire Choice Auto Service Centers

Fantastic folks. I've been here a few times over the years for things like state inspection, oil changes, and a repair. I've always had fantastic interactions with everyone who works there. And the service to my car was always flawless. My first time here was by chance as my car at time wouldn't turn on, they where a short walk from where I was. And I asked for advise, they where so nice and helpful despite seeming very busy. With the advice I got, I did get my car running again long enough to drive it to them and they had it fixed a day or two later. Just great experiences all around!

They got me in next day for a tire repair. I was nervous going on my own as a 19 y/o young woman but the manager was there, provided excellent customer service and a breakdown of what they did and why, and what services my car could need in the future and why. He didn’t try to needlessly upsell me and even was able to put a patch on my tire to fix it instead of selling me a new tire when the old one was fixable. 10/10 recommend this store to everyone but especially women or non knowledgeable people in need of car services. Price was reasonable too, I expected an $150+ bill going in, but walked away just under $50 shorter.

I came out to Rochester for a wedding and got a flat tire. I arrived at 7:30 and Dave helped get me everything I needed with the best deal possible! So grateful for his help.

I had a frustrating experience with scheduling and communication. I called Tire Choice yesterday to make a 9:00 a.m. appointment and planned to wait while the work was done. Shortly after scheduling, someone called me back to ask whether I could drop the car off instead. I explained what I needed done, and they confirmed that I could keep the appointment and wait. When I arrived this morning, however, I was told that I either had to drop the car off or cancel the appointment. Because I did not have a ride arranged, I had to cancel. This wasted over an hour of my morning and could have been avoided with clearer communication up front. I understand shops get busy, but if waiting was not actually an option, that should have been made clear before I came in.
