Great experience from start to finish. The team was professional and efficient, and the lobby and restrooms were spotless. Their pricing was fair, and I appreciated the complimentary coffee while I waited. Most importantly, I felt comfortable and confident in the quality of their work. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Simple nail puncture tire repair resulted in my rim being scratched. Manager and employee were not concerned and the manager silently walked away while the employee explained that the tire mounting process will scratch your rims and damage like this is expected. Avoid this place if you value your vehicle's condition.

Really helpful staff. I showed up without an appointment on a Saturday, hoping they might be able to take care of a tire that was losing air. They fit me into the schedule that day. The tire had a screw in it which couldn't be plugged due to its location. All of the tires had tread that was getting low. So, it was the perfect time to replace all the tires. I truly appreciated the flexibility in fitting me into their Saturday schedule and providing the fuller service than what I initially came it with. Super accommodating, very professional and thoughtful communications. I can highly recommend them!!

We’ve been going to Dunn for years, for tires. We decided to try them for an inspection and so glad we did! Easy to make the appointment online and they were done with the inspection in no time! Great communication and courteous employees! Highly recommend!

Got a flat on Monroe Ave, reached out to Dunn because they were one of the closest places to our car. They squeezed us in on a Saturday, had us in and out in half an hour, and saved us a ton of money by not needing to get our car towed and providing very reasonable prices. We live about 45min away but will certainly be making the drive out to them for future services!!
