Sutherland Service Center

No help. Rude customer service lady tells me “I don’t want your car in my shop,….” And didn’t even want to come tow it …. I had the money… found out it was a fuel line . Thanks for nothing rude lady… and even though you didn’t. Care… I made it to my son in the hospital. No thanks to you . ☹️💔 when people are stressed out and overwhelmed … maybe offer sympathy rather that being inpatient and negative…

These guys are really awesome here, they provide high quality work at fair prices and great customer service! They helped me out a great deal when my jeep got totalled, both with first determining what went wrong with my vehicle, seeing if there was any way to save it, and upon determining that there was nothing to be done for it, they offered assistance with finding local salvagers who would dispose of the vehicle (as I'm not a local here, not altogether too familiar with the area)! All and all, I'd highly recommend Sutherland to anyone needing work done on their vehicle, they're really great!

I live in Texas and was visiting the area and ran the car I was driving into a ditch on the way to Rochester on Monday. When I shook the wheel I noticed that there was alot of play in it and there was something damaged. I knew these guys from when I used to live in Rochester and gave Paul a call who was headed out of town. Told me to reach out to Brad to get them to look at it. Brought the car to Brad the next day and a short time later he gave me the estimate to fix. Apparently the strut was broken and there was some damage under the vehicle. Strut had to be special ordered and would take a day. Next day they had me fixed and back on the road for a reasonable cost. You get what they pay for and when you drop the car off you're confident you're in the right hands. With zero BS. Brad and Emmy were a pleasure to deal with. And Paul had followed back up when he got back in town and I let him know everything was first class. Thanks guys!!!!

I have used Sutherland for many different things - service, tires, NYSI - just name it. Their staff is extremely professional, and very down to earth. They take time to explain everything. They are reliable. Emmy is their main point of contact - she really goes out of her way to understand the issues, serves as a great point of contact between you and the techs, and herself has significant knowledge. Their service and personnel are second to none!

Sutherland Service Center was a huge help when my girlfriend hit a pothole on the expressway and ended up with two flat tires. They handled an emergency tow to their shop and made the whole situation much less stressful. Since the tires had to be ordered, they stored the car until they arrived and then installed them right away. Everything was done quickly and professionally. Emmy at the service desk was especially helpful. Even after I had already picked up the car, she took the time to help me get extra photos I needed for the warranty claim. Great service all around.
