If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would. Vinny and his team went above and beyond for me during a stressful and vulnerable situation. I was stranded in New York without brake lights and with my check engine light on, needing to get back to Connecticut. I called Vinny at 9 a.m., and brought the car in by 11 a.m. the same day. He ran a diagnostic immediately and was incredibly transparent and honest about what was going on. He easily could have charged me over $1,000, but instead chose integrity. He prioritized my safety, quickly fixing the immediate issue by rewiring the brake lights so I could make it home. He also reassured me that the check engine light was due to faulty sensors and safe enough to address later with my mechanic. Vinny is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and genuinely cares about his customers. He charged a fair price, got me back on the road, and most importantly, got me home safely. We truly need more people like Vinny in this world.

Middletown Tire & Auto is so much more than just a tire and auto repair center, it’s a place built on trust, integrity, and genuine care. The owner, Vinny, his wife, Trey and the entire team consistently go above and beyond to make sure my vehicle is taken care of and, most importantly, that I’m completely satisfied with their service. I first brought someone else's vehicle here because their bay was large enough to inspect it. I called several places in the area and no one could inspect a large van quickly, Vinny and his team did, which came in clutch (pun intended). Then I decided to bring my own vehicle here. When one of my repairs turned out to be more complicated than expected, all it took was a quick call back to the shop and they took care of the issue immediately. Having worked in the autobody business for a few years myself, I’ve seen plenty of dishonest mechanics who overcharge or push unnecessary repairs. I can confidently say that DOES NOT happen here. The team at Middletown Tire & Auto operates with integrity, something that’s becoming increasingly rare in this industry. Their priority is simple: to get you safely back on the road without emptying your wallet. What truly sets them apart is their commitment to their customers. I needed an oil change before work and was on a tight schedule. Vinny, the owner himself, stepped in and did the oil change personally to make sure I could get to work on time. That spoke volumes to me when the owner leads by example, it sets the standard for everyone else. The other car places I worked, the manager would not even step in to change oil, let alone the owner. Out of all the places I’ve been for repairs and maintenance, this is the one I trust. They treat every customer like family, not just another repair order number. They even follow up after service to make sure everything is running smoothly. Middletown Tire & Auto has earned my complete trust and in this particular business that’s something I don’t give easily.

Brought me in immediately for an inspection.. the owner Vinnie and the gentleman up front, Tray, were very friendly and engaged in conversation. Made us feel very welcome and let’s not get into Roxy… such a sweet pup! Highly recommend and will be back!

I trust them to be honest and work on my car; not one experience has left me regretful or disappointed. Im extremely pleased with the tires i got from them this season. Everyone else is slipping and sliding, im getting to my destination in peace - worth every penny. The last major job they did on my job: when they were finished said they didnt expect to see me again any time soon - so honest Friendly staff in my opinion also.

I didn't get work done this time because the price quote was extremely high. In today's economy, you would think a business would find cheaper parts from a reputable auto parts store instead of buying parts from the dealership. I can't believe that Middletown Tire & Auto quoted me a price of $1,300.00 for all 4 brakes and rotors. I think that is so unfair.
