I recently had a major repair done at Firestone in Middletown, NY, including an engine swap and several other repairs, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Charles and Rick went above and beyond throughout the entire process. They kept me informed every step of the way, made sure the correct parts were used, answered all of my questions, and genuinely cared about getting me safely back on the road. Their communication, professionalism, and attention to detail were outstanding. Large repairs can be stressful, but they made the process smooth and straightforward. The pricing was fair, the work was completed professionally, and the truck is running great. It’s not often you find people who take this much pride in their work and customer service. I had an amazing experience at this firestone location! I came in for new tires, rear brakes and rotors, and the team did a fantastic job. The entire team from the manager Ricardo to the service writer Nick and the mechanic that worked on my car were incredibly professional and went out of there way to make sure I understood everything being done. They were polite, didn't pressure me into unnecessary services, and got my car back on the road in a timely manner. It's great to have my vehicle feeling safe and smooth again. I would highly recommend.

I don’t usually write reviews, but after the absolutely outstanding service my mom and I received at this location, we just had to share our experience. We’ve been to this Firestone location a few times in the past, but honestly, we hadn’t been completely satisfied. However, when heard the location is now under new management, we decided to give it another shot. From the moment we met Riccardo, we were genuinely impressed. His professionalism, honesty, integrity, and fair pricing set a whole new standard for what we expect in auto care. He made us feel right at home, showed a commitment to customer satisfaction unlike anything we’ve seen at other local shops. It was such a relief to find a place where we could truly trust the people taking care of our car. Knowing our vehicle was in capable and honest hands gave us great peace of mind. As a result of the incredible service we received, Firestone Complete Auto has become our go-to for all our automotive needs. I had been to this Firestone in the past and it did not leave a good impression. I learned it was under new management so I decided to give them another chance. I am very glad I did. What a difference a team makes. My car sat for a year and I took it to Firestone ( Gibbs court) where I was greeted in a positive and respectful way from Nick and Rick (management) to the guys who worked on my car (Charles and Elias). They were all very engaging and kept me informed from beginning to end. I was so happy with the service and all of the people I had interactions with even those I didn’t were all very polite if they saw me. My first return experience was so positive that I have gone back again and I plan on returning if the need arises. No one likes to have car repairs done BUT if you can leave this Firestone with a smile on your face you know you are in good hands. Thank you to the entire team.
