I had to leave a review after finding out what this shop does. They up charged me on a tow from up the hill, wouldn’t give me a straight answer on my diagnosis, closed early multiple times, and were rude throughout the entire process while I was nothing but absolutely polite and thankful for my car being looked at. For a shop to “not want to fix” a car and tell everyone else but the customer that exact wording is absurd. Do not bring your car to this shop at all. They will lie to you, play dumb, and avoid doing actual work. Please go anywhere else or try working on your own vehicle before even thinking about using their services. Very disgusting that I found out what went on in the shop with my vehicle from a third party and not the direct source. This is a scam shop with just a name of “auto”.

Elliott’s has completed a couple of repairs on my husband’s car after we received a recommendation to try them out from a friend. Our experience has been great to date. Prices seem very competitive if not better than average and the work is completed quickly. If you are looking for a reliable place you can trust I would suggest Elliott’s as a place to check out.

Traveling to the area during the holidays to see family I developed a bad wheel bearing. I called Elliots and they told me "Bring it in, we'll get you back on the road ASAP" Don the owner personally greeted me and had the bearing replaced in a few hours along with rewelding a floorboard bracket that had broken. My car drives like new. Trust Elliott Automotive to get the job done quickly and at a reasonable price.

Clean place. Honest and personable mechanic. Fair prices. Full transparency in describing work to be done and in completion times. I am very happy with this place!
