My car had gotten hit recently. I’ve never went to a body shop, so I was nervous. You know what if they do an “ok” type of job, then what? So I choose this place covered under the insurance of the driver at fault. I went off of the other good reviews and hoped for the best. I was NOT DISAPPOINTED. They were communicative, reassuring and my car was better than I left it. They wanted to do a great job! Would 110% return, hopefully not too soon. My car is not on the cleanest side of the after photo, so it doesn’t do them justice, but it was sparking clean when I got her back! 10/10 would recommend!

Not knowing what to expect, I’m a very good driver and it’s been over 40 years since I had a scratch on my vehicle but as time would have it I was hit by another vehicle (T boned) as they call it. No injuries all was fine but my truck of one year was damaged, nothing totaled but my front bumper had to be replaced. Well I start the process of calling my insurance company and get directed to Lothars body shop. I know the shop, meaning they been at the same place since moving here since the early 80s so not knowing what to expect I just went headfirst into this mess. I have to say, what a pleasure it was dealing with this service. Everything went so smoothly and with out any problems. They were professional and caring anytime I called they had an answer for me and worked well with my rental car that I had, no hassle just come get your truck and they’ll take care of the loaner! So nice to know that some places still care about service to their customers, definitely recommend this place to anyone! It’s not surprising to know they have been in business for so long!

I included before and after photos to show that Lothar’s Auto body always has and always will be an amazing repair shop. From start to finish we never had to worry they handled everything with the insurance company. Thanks again for all your help.

They work with your insurance company and will even set up a rental vehicle for you to get picked up at their shop to make things a lot easier for you. They have a very fast turnaround on getting your vehicle back together and back to you quickly. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Excellent customer service. Very professional and informative. I was given an estimate time my vehicle would be completed and it was accurate to the day. All repairs were completed on time. Thank you
