Very responsive to my after hours auto glass problem inquiry. I got a call back early the next morning and was able to get in to the shop at a time convenient for me to review the issue.

Really excellent experience overall. They had my car for a little over two months because of a parts shortage, but they kept me updated the entire time and also kept in touch with the insurance my rental was using to ensure they continued covering my rental and the cost if repairs. Customer service there was always polite, responsive, and professional. Couldn't have asked for a better experience after getting in an accident.

I’m always worried with trying a new mechanic, but Mac’s alleviated all my concerns. They quickly diagnosed an issue with my car that hadn’t been diagnosed by previous mechanics. They were super understanding of my position with insurance, and worked to get a win-win solution. Also their turnaround was very fast, especially at a time when other mechanics are very backed up. Extremely professional operation.

I have used Macs II for auto body work on a number of occasions over the years. Their services are the best of any business I've ever dealt with. Their body work is done with the most punctilious perfection. Your car comes back to you looking better than before the fender-bender that sent you to them. The advice and help from their knowledgeable staff is up to the same standard of perfection. In this regard I single out for special praise Bruce, manager of their collisions operations. They are very smart people who know their stuff and whose insight has helped me get the best possible result. Their work is prompt, their interaction with the insurance companies is seamless, their responsiveness to their customers is exemplary. So is the timeliness of their responses. If anything can take the sting out of having your car hit, it's being able to work with people like those at Macs II to get it fixed. From start to finish, and point-for-point, Macs II is the very best. I wouldn't think of taking my car anywhere else. And for the record, I have no relationship with Macs II, its staff or owners other than that of a very happy and satisfied customer.

Fantastic service! Very friendly, excellent work. Our car was in an accident and Macs 2 was able to fully repair the car much sooner than we expected, considering the damage. They offered to take care of setting us up with a car rental and were quick to answer any questions we had concerning the repair. Thank you for the excellent work you did and while we hope to never have to see you under the same circumstances again, it’s good to know that there’s a grade A body shop just down the road.
