Years ago, I wandered in to Austin-Spencer because my rearview mirror had fallen off. They glued it back for me properly and treated me great, and I never forgot it. So last month when my car was stolen and recovered, I knew who to call to get it restored. They worked with the insurance company and had it assessed and fixed very quickly. After the horrible experience of having my car stolen, they made it look better than new. I'm so glad I chose a mom and pop shop, and I'm so glad I chose this one.

Alan and his team have been great on getting my car back on the road in new condition. They even "tried" to work with my insurance company. 'Tried' is in quotes because my insurance was not helpful at all. USAA is not what it used to be. I was recommended Austin Spencer and would also recommend them as a kind and fair business who do seem to GAF about their customers.
