Worst customer service ever received by a dealer. The electronic waste gate malfunctioned on my 2024 Acura Integra with 24k miles on it. Acura will not cover it under warranty. They do not stand by their products and refuse to do what it right for the customer. If you’re thinking of buying an Acura, just know they will not cover their vehicles under warranty when they ARE within the warranty window. Acura, don’t build a car you can’t stand behind. Absolutely horrible customer service. This is my first Acura and will be my last.

I always have exceptional service with Acura. At my most recent visit, Patrick was amazing - accommodating, friendly, communicative and efficient. They let me use a lender car as long as I needed, and they were patient and understanding when it came to my insurance issue. I never felt rushed and never felt like an inconvenience. Thank you so much!

Alright, let’s get down to brass tacks. Whoever came up with the idea for a Starbucks coffee maker in the waiting area should be promoted to GM. I crushed three Pikes Place while waiting on a tire rotation.

Took my MDX in yesterday for a standard maintenance appointment. I pulled up at the time of my appointment, the bay was ready for me to pull in, I was warmly greeted by Patrick, who showed me the waiting room and amenities. Maintenance was performed and I was back on the road within 45 minutes. The cherry on top was the video of them checking my vehicle that was later sent to me. Great service from start to finish!

I cannot say enough good stuff about this place. I went there to have airbag recall check. Fortunately my car was not affected and no repair was necessary. These people operate at a high level of professional courtesy. They treated me as if I were there to buy a $50,000 car. Acura is a high end market and the cars are a bit pricey. However if I were to buy a newer car it would be an Acura.
