It took 3 weeks after purchasing tires to even get an appt. The day of the appt I had a missed call without a VM (management said they left one but there's no record of it on my phone) - assumed it was a reminder call - and I show up to find out the tire center is closed because no one showed up to work! Spoke to management and they got me an appt for the next day. The guy working was rude and passive aggressive. They didnt start working on my car until half hour after it was scheduled and it took well over an hour to put the tires on. A good deal on tires as a BJs member but holy shit the service SUUUUUCKS!

Make sure to check when their lunch schedule is!! Showed up at 2pm and the gentleman said he’s going to lunch and won’t refill the propane tank till 2:30 when he is back. Not coming back!

BJ’s has great prices for tires and the free install adds to the value but the service has gone downhill. Took 3 hours to have winter tires put on and they were so terribly balanced that the car is barely driveable at highway speeds. They need more staff in order to provide an adequate tire service for their members.
