Auto 911 worked on my son’s car and we could not have asked for a better experience. My kid’s car is to him as to what insulin is to a diabetic. He’s hours away in Rochester at school and had a brake issue and we took it to Auto 911. The repair was done right, done quick, and for far less than I expected. Bob is one of the most genuinely nice people I have encountered and very helpful, as was the rest of the shop. They went out of their way to save my son money and treated us like we were family. It’s the kind of shop you hope to find and as a parent, it gives me great peace of mind to know that Auto 911 will treat my kid right. I cannot recommend them enough.

we were driving to the Neagar waterfall with our family and our generator broke down, these guys helped us fix the car in a day, everything was great and they really want to help every client!!! I highly recommend!!! honesty and kindness are about these guys

I had never been to Auto 911 before but I live in the area. These guys went above and beyond, Bob was always in contact, and the prices were very reasonable compared to 2 other places I called. My 2010 Subaru is running like a new car! I will refer this company to anyone looking to get work done on their wehicle! Ask for Bob! Thanks so much for all your help! Jen

A friend recommended and at first I really didn't want to deal with with another don't worry I got you little lady price gouge but truthfully I really enjoyed my experience with them, George went above and beyond very polite didn't talk down to me needless to say I will definitely be coming back 😉😊
