i highly recommend auto concepts. price estimate was higher than i paid because they didn’t need to put in a new part and recycled an old one, they did take a bit longer than the estimated time but the value of the service and their quality of customer care was very satisfying. jake also drew a little diagram of my car to explain the problem, which was much appreciated. thank you auto concepts!

Dont go here, its a money grab. I took my car in for a noise, they said it was my brakes. Charged me 911 for all new. Noise still there, it was never my brakes. Plus they also wanted to charge me to fix original noise. No apology, no discount, no refund. Misdiagnosed and a double charge. They weren't even sorry, for all the inconvenience. Do yourself a favor, take your vehicle somewhere else.

Amazing! They figured out why my remote start quit working after a NYS inspection and new tire install. The original shop and another remote start shop could not figured out the issue. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Fixed the issue in a few minutes, valet mode. Which youtube had show the incorrect way to get it out for my vehicle

My husband and I have been coming here for almost 30 years because of the great service. Earl and his crew have worked on several of our trucks and 2 cars and always provide prompt, efficient service at a great price. If we go there for something, and it is something they don't recommend, they take the time to explain why. If it will be a pricey repair, Earl will be honest about it upfront. Very clean waiting area, rest room and shop. Highly recommend
