Justin from West Herr Quoted me 200 dollars to enable my trailer brakes but was unable to do it. They said my 2018 Chevy Silverado didn't have that option and charged me 108 dollars anyways . I dropped my truck off for the day. I left them a message towards the end of my work day because I haven't heard from anyone. Finally they called me back with the bad news. Justin said we're only charging a 30 minutes of labor. 30 minutes cost 99 dollars plus tax for absolutely nothing. Not to mention I had to leave work early to catch a ride from a coworker, so I lost an hour of pay. Then Justin didn't have the paperwork ready when I got there so I waited in the waiting room. After all that Justin says have a good day your truck is down the way on the left. It wasn't there it was straight across from the door. What a terrible experience. I'll be bringing my truck to any other Chevy dealership for now on.

The service department at West Herr is very good. When I picked up my new car there were two scratches on the back valance and they agreed to replace it. They scheduled an appointment for me and it was replaced and finished in a few hours. Christian was courteous and professional. I definitely recommend them for sales and service.

I recently serviced my new car with West Herr. Loved it. The car was in and out with a comprehensive video and packet to explain the work in detail. From purchase to service I’ve had a great experience with West Herr. Mike Tyson sold us 2 vehicles in the same month we were so happy.

Took my 2025 Equinox in for non functioning radio unit and instrument cluster. Received virtually no communication for the first 10 days or so. Then Justin, the service technician and McKenna, the one who arranged a loaner vehicle for me, stepped in. From then on I received communication for every delay and the reason for them. After 5 weeks I finally got my vehicle back. If not for Justin and McKenna I would have given a very poor rating. But now I am not only satisfied but very pleased. Thank you Justin and McKenna.

This is my 2nd time coming here for a car from Lenard . He is amazing. I’m only giving 4 stars because during the walk through I noticed something that need to be fixed. However they handled it right away. And no attitude and took care of it. I would come back here and see him for sure. Great experience
