I never in my life thought I’d leave a review for an oil change but here I am. Have to give credit when it’s due. From my initial interaction all the way through the finishing of the job, the customer service and attention to detail was excellent. I’m observed not just the mechanics working on my car but the other 6 who were working. They hustle, and they care. I honestly won’t go anywhere else for an oil change after this experience. Coupon took $30 off. My deal ship would have cost be $120 out the door. $50 here after coupon. Whoever is managing this place needs to be aware of how amazing your workers were on this day. Don’t change

They are amazing people, this is my second time coming to Valvoline and both times and locations, people have been amazing, friendly and professional. They keep track of who came first, second and try to accommodate to that. They are really respectful of the driver and the vehicle. They ask all the right questions. And are able to what Valvoline can offer (such as extra stuff) while being confident but not to pushy to make you not comeback again

Olivia, Tommy, Zay, Aidan were exceptional! High energy, great communication, and I loved seeing the positive teamwork. It showed a lot of character. My best experience was listening to Olivia and Tommy give detailed explanations for preventative maintenance. I’ve always overlooked Valvoline. Advertisements, driving by the store, etc. But this has changed my perspective completely. You have sincerely gained a new customer!

I arrived as I thought my car was overheating Zay came out and explained it was the rain evaporating off the engine ( it was pouring) I requested they check regardless and ended up doing a flush of the old coolant to all new.Zay kept me informed of every step of the process. Made me feel valued and I’m thankful I did the service. No pressure.
