Ghastley customer service. No communication, they will leave you on the hook for months then sell your car to salvage without telling you. Only found out because salvage called about the plates. No lien notice, no mail, no public auction, no accounting of charges or sales. No record keeping of any of this. Very illegal. I'm told Brian is no longer in charge and that really explains it.

I got a recommendation from a friend originally but have found multiple online recommendations for this place which just reassures me that I chose the right shop. Never done me wrong, never overcharged me, never left the shop unhappy with what I paid for. Brian gives solid advice, and has helped me understand how to take care of my vehicle. Will continue to go here until I move or the shop goes out of business (which will NEVER happen!)

I have taken my Toyota, Honda, and previous Kia here and have always gotten the best service one could ask for. Their pricing is incredibly fair and like others have said, they will give you an honest assessment with no unnecessary repairs. These guys are on top of their craft.

Brian is the most approachable and honest mechanic I've ever interacted with. He's willing to work with his clients to find the right solution for their car and their budget. DO NOT go here trying to haggle, they are already trying to give you the best deal for your options. These guys are very up front and honest with their clients. The shop isn't flashy, but you're guaranteed that the work is done right.
