Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

This is going to be long but true. Mike was amazing to me with my truck after a BAD experience with the other Mr tire. Mike and his crew especially Max helped get me my truck back and running after almost being down 3 weeks. They did nothing but help me out so I didn't have to keep taking Ubers. I can't say enough good things about this store. I will ALWAYS come back to this Mr tire. They installed my part that needed to be done, it was under warranty but they made it happen, even went to the other Mr tire it was at and picked up my part. They involved the DM with that other location and was very understanding about the situation that they didn't create. They may not have created the situation but they SOLVED IT and for that I couldn't be happier. they had my truck back to me within 1 week and if it was at the other store i wouldn't have it at all. My experience at Mr. Tire Henrietta location was amazing, the staff was incredibly kind and very helpful. I felt the team here was honest, thorough and made an expensive trip feel far less stressful with how welcoming and friendly they were. I went in for an inspection and ended up needing 4 new tires which was highly unexpected, I ended up purchasing my new tires from here and they were able to service my car all in the same day, also unexpected. There were several customers in and out in the time I was there, it seemed to me like the team here really knows what they're doing, they are expedient and want to satisfy their customers and get them on their way to enjoy the rest of their day. The employees here were happy, they laughed and seemed to even enjoy each other's company as well, which made the entire experience a great one. Really couldn't have had a better experience. I'm incredibly grateful.

Mr. Tire in Henrietta, NY is amazing ALL THE TIME. Both my husband and I have had our cars worked on recently. Tire purchases, balancing, or bring in tires and they put them on and balance them. The technicians are very capable, they have a great sense of humor, and they each go the extra to make sure you are taken care of in a timely fashion, and they are very caring, positive professionals. The prices at Mr. Tire are reasonable and cannot be beat. The work on your vehicle second to none. My husband and I both highly recommend that you get your next tire servicing at Mr.Tire in Henrietta, NY. You will be SO glad that you did.!

I value Mr Glenn, he is trying his best. But please don't let Jay answer the phone and tell customers their cars are ready and then have them wait 3 hours to pick up. Also don't charge double for things making customers come back. It seemed like a regular inspection , brake and tire replacement but was infuriating when asked in the second hour waiting if I wanted an inspection. I don't know what is happening but the communication amongst the workers and the customers needs great improvement. I value their quality of work but come on, time is money and y'all wasted $225 of my time.

Glenn at this location is a treasure. Always pleasant no matter how stressful the day is. He’s so accommodating and the entire reason I will keep coming here. All of the staff is great, as well. I always feel respected and I don’t ever feel like they’re trying to cheat me as a woman like so many places do. 10/10 highly recommend.
