Went in for an inspection, front desk management was absolutely amazing and kind. They have your best interest at heart and seemed to love what they do. The staff was also kind and professional. Went above and beyond to help my car pass, part ordered and fixed in the same day, same hour! A young man helped me with my key fob that had some issues, the great advice and extra time spent with me as a customer will keep me coming back. Best garage experience! Thank you so much!

I’m an active duty soldier and yesterday I found myself over 3 hours away from base when something suddenly went wrong with my car. I was stressed and worried because I needed to get back, and several shops turned me away. This Monro Auto Service and Tire Center was the only place that took me in. Not only did they diagnose and fix the issue quickly, but they went above and beyond by not charging me at all. That kind of generosity and respect means more than I can put into words.The staff was professional, understanding, and genuinely cared about helping me get back on the road safely. I had an urgent issue with my car and this place was the only place able to take me in the same day. The problem ended up being quite trivial but the guys here were super accommodating to my concerns and needs. The guys here do really efficient and honest work. Would come back again.
