Monro Auto Service and Tire Centers

If I could give 6 Stars I would. My vehicle’s serpentine belt failed while on my way to work Friday morning, May 8th. My dashboard lit up & I lost power steering but was able to make it Monro. I pulled in and left my keys and a description of my vehicle issues in their Dropbox. They contacted me and told me their findings and solutions. They repaired my vehicle despite me not having an appointment. That is exceptional customer service! They were all polite to a fault, as well! I have already recommended Monro Service on Jefferson Rd., Henrietta, NY to my family.

Ive been taking my vehicles to Gordy and Nelson for over 10 yrs now an have been happy with them until today. I had an appt for my State Inspection an I needed a couple of bulbs replaced to pass inspection which took a little over an hr. When Gordy was ringing me out for the service, he said the technician didnt charge me nearly enough for labor with the time he spent on it, which was just under a $100. I thought that was completely inappropriate!😠 like he should have charged me much more!, excuse me?? I looked up the service cost an it was a fair price for what he had to do. Sorry the tech didnt try an rob me blind for you Gordy😡

When you put the new tires on you sent us home with a leaky front tire that was flat in the morning. When we j estimated we saw that that tire was not completely on the rim and the bead is not sealed and the valve stem is rotted and leaking. AND…. You kept the good tire that I was supposed to “get back” and you charged me for disposal! Dene Donaldson

Took them over 30 minutes to cash me out for my brake service due to an issue with their register. They were not honest about the issue (system issue) which resulted in me being charged 3 times for service. No issues with the brakes, but I didn’t appreciate being lied to. I will not return to this location.

I had just bought a used car, and the dealership only allowed a 3–4 hour test drive window. I originally booked a pre-purchase inspection with Monro in Rochester at 1pm, but when I arrived on time, they told me no mechanic was available. The store representative also called to the Henrietta location but no luck, then I then called Monro customer service but finally I could not have the pre-purchase inspection since it was nearly the end of the date and no other mechanic shops accept us that time.
