Mercedes-Benz of Rochester Service & Parts

I brought my car in to have the all-season tires switched over to my summer tires. They were also checking on an issue I was having with the steering wheel heater. I was greeted by Brittney in the service department. She went over the the details of my appointment and the expectations. They provided a loaner for my use throughout the process. Since parts had to be ordered, they had me hang onto the loaner in the interim, all the while keeping me up to date on status. Once the work was complete, they returned my car to my home after they washed it and filled the tank. The entire process was effortless, I highly recommend Brittney, the service technicians and Mercedes Benz of Rochester.

I had a couple of issues with my Sprinter based RV which I purchased new. Mike at Mercedes took care of everything quickly and efficiently and got me back on the road. I also asked them to install aftermarket shocks and expected to pay more than they required, a nice surprise.

Hannah was fantastic. She explained the service process and that once a diagnosis was made on my Mercedes, she would reach out to me. She told me the timeline and reassured me they would fix the issue I had. She called as she said she would, explained what the issue was with my vehicle, and the cost. It was a wonderful experience. Mercedes of Rochester is always easy to deal with. I needed service and my winter tires removed. Booking an appt was easy. I live in Buffalo but I drive to Rochester for service. That should tell you anything you need to know. Stephen my service advisor is always friendly and helpful. He expedites things so I don’t need to wait very long. I would recommend Mercedes of Rochester any day of the week!

I cannot say enough about the service department at West Herr Mercedes in Rochester. The process from the transportation coordinator to the video from the technician was smooth and professional.
