Lewis General Tires

Lewis has come to the rescue for both of our vehicles -- on more than one occasion! Friendly, helpful, fair, good people who will do whatever they can to get us back on the road safely. From reception to service desk to management, Lewis knows the true meaning of customer service, 10/10

My wife and i were just passing through near the beginning of a trip when i noticed how bad the tires on my wifes car felt. They were loud and vibrating/ lightly shaking. We stopped at Lewis General Tires at around 3:20 on 6-29-26 on a whim to see if they could do anything. I didn't get the persons name that took care of us, but i guess he was sympathetic to our issue. He happened to have a set of tires in stock and the crew had our tires changed and we were back on the road by 5. Who does that? Lewis General Tires did, even though the the chance of repeat business from us is low. If i lived close i would have a new tire store! By the way the Continental CrossContact lx sport tires are great! Thankyou to the sales person and crew!

When I first called, I spoke with JW, and he was incredibly helpful from the start. He took the time to assist me in finding the right tires I was looking for and explained everything with so much patience and care. I never felt rushed or unsure about my purchase. The entire experience was amazing—from the team who installed my tires to the overall customer service, pricing, and how smoothly everything was handled. Everyone was professional, kind, and knowledgeable. I truly couldn’t be happier with the service. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for great service and honest people. I've been going to Lewis' for over 15 years for both tires, and car service. I am 100% satisfied with both the Customer Service, and the actual service work. If something will take longer or may cost more $, they consult FIRST before doing the work which I think is great. Cost is very competitive and reasonable. I've also referred so many people to them for service. I moved from the area and still drive the hour for their service. I trust their work! Super job Lewis'!!!

I'm so impressed with how respectful and honest they were. I've been many places and I was treated so well and on top of it .They were fast and took care of my car that was having issues. So thank you very much ! I would recommend they to anyone . Very fair pricing.
