Jiffy Lube Oil Change

Had my oil change done and found the next morning a puddle of oil beneath my car. I took it back to the same location and was told that there was no issues and the oil I noticed was most likely “residual oil”. Well there was multiple puddles in my driveway and I never once had oil leakage from car until now. As a matter in fact after three days after the 2nd visit my car almost had no oil in it after checking the dip stick. After speaking with District Manager, he provided a towing service to have the car looked at by himself as of course I couldn’t drive the car and found that the issue was that there was a double gasket. You would think the issue would be resolved there, but as I was driving back home from the shop, my skid plate came half down on 490, I had to pull over and zip tie it back up. And my oil is still leaking!! Complete negligent business. I now have to take my car to an actual shop and have damages assessed. A simple oil change has caused multiple damages on my car. Still waiting to hear back from their corporate office. **UPDATE** - Still no response from either party. And in response to the owner… yes of course you guys missed the mark. My car incurred damage because of their negligence . Even the District Manager said they have newer people in there all the time. An oil change has now cost me car problems and I now have to Uber to work.

I always have a great experience when I go there. Charles, you made my day. You are fantastic and the crew that you had working today are a great group. You kept me laughing and smiling. Thank you for treating your customers like people and not a "cash cow" and making this lady not feel like she is going to get ripped off, like other places try to do. I appreciate all of you!!

DO NOT go here !! I've heard many customers have stopped going here because of how the employees speak to and treat customers. And, I figured "how bad could it be" - But, I was completely taken back on how I was treated. When I pulled up, I was told to drive up to the door and wait. I saw the manager at the opposite end working on his kiosk. Then 7 minutes later, an employee from the other bay walked over standing 20 feet in front of my car, and yelled out, "Yo, Dog !! He's talking to you !" I paused for a second, and then looked behind me, because I thought he was talking to another employee behind my car. But, I didn't see anyone behind or around me, and when I looked at him again, he yelled the same thing even louder. Then I looked at the manager at the opposite end of the building, and I saw him waving his hands. But, you can hardly see him because the lights were off, and he was standing in the dark 50 feet on the other side of the building. All I saw was a silhouette of a person in the distance. He gestured to come in and I started driving forward. Then he gestured to go left, then straight, then left, then straight, then left. Then, he waved to stop and started yelling, but I could hardly hear him with the noise coming from the other bay. Then all I heard was, "You are not listening to what I'm saying !" I couldn't hear him with the loud noises, and I was looking at his hand gestures to guide me in. I then yelled back to him that I am. He then started to yell at me even more, and started screaming, "You're not listening !", but while still standing on the other side of the building in the dark. At this point I would think as a manager, and at this very moment communicating with a customer, that this situation isn't working. Then instead, would of approached the vehicle and spoke in a professional manner to the customer. This did not happen, and he continued yelling at me repeating, "You're not listening. You're not listening !" This was the most unprofessional treatment that I have ever witnessed, and I will NEVER go here. I'm even considering having my lawyer contact them because of the verbal treatment from the very first person who yelled at me, "Yo Dog... !" Is this how 'Jiffy Lube Oil Change' speaks to and treat their customers ???

I had a great visit today. I usually go elsewhere for an oil change but will be taking my car here from now on. Exceedingly friendly service all the way to escorting me out to my vehicle and holding my door open when leaving. The staff was so friendly, especially the manager Charles. I'm grateful and will be back.

Jiffy Lube, Henrietta NY is the best place to go when you want a fast oil change. All the mechanics are professional and friendly. Depending on what you need they may be able to help with other types of car care. Don’t forget the coupons because they really help out. Thanks guys!
