DO NOT GO HERE!!! I arrived here in the morning and met with a salesman, I think his name was Alex? Don't remember. So I had spent hours and hours looking online for used vehicles and I had already looked through their selection of cars on their website and I only wanted to look at the one car that he planned to show me. Instead, he sat me down at a desk and started clicking around on vehicles that were all out of my price range, and remember I had looked at these ALREADY and only wanted to see the ONE car we had discussed. In an attempt to get me to spend more he looked me in the face and said "Where are you getting these numbers?" As if i have no idea about anything. I just stared back at him and said "they're my own" since I had a financial plan all figured out BEFORE I came in. Where did he think my numbers were coming from? I had been working two jobs, 7 days a week to get a car and I know what I can and cannot purchase. So when he didn't show me the car I wanted to check out (which had been bought and returned twice for some reason, so I dodged that bullet) I told him that I had two more car places to check out before I had to go to work in the afternoon, he got weird and seemingly panicked and started asking if the other places' prices were better (which they obviously were), so he ran back to get his manager to come out to talk to me.I felt like I was being tattled on by a little child. Anyway, the manager comes out with the tightest shirt possible and tried to do a very rehearsed sales manager performance to try and intimidate me into doing business with them. He kept saying things such as "I can't tell you what to do but..." and "customers don't always know what they're doing." Wow. I could NOT get out of this place fast enough. Then a week later I get emails and texts from the same salesman trying desperately to sell the car, all contact has been blocked. Like yea I need a car but I'm definitely not THAT desperate. Go with Subaru Van Bortel, ESPECIALLY if you are a WOMAN. they have a no pressure atmosphere and I'm glad to have come across their business, unlike this one.

I had beyond a seamless experience trading in my lease for a newer version of my CRV. I literally walked in and an hour and a half later I was waiting for the finalized paperwork. I can’t say enough good things about this establishment. This is car number five that I have gotten from them and I will be returning for sure. This time I worked with Anton for the majority of the experience and then Tyler jumped in to assist in the end. I knew Tyler from a previous experience with my daughter buying a used car from him. I can honestly say this place has always treated me beyond awesome and I can’t say enough nice things about it. Anton and Tyler worked very well together and even looked for an item in my old vehicle a week later that I thought I had left in there. Highly recommend anyone in need of a vehicle new or used go and check them out. I guarantee you will not regret it!

Anton was a great sales rep to work with. Friendly staff and nice selection. Fast and affordable. I felt like he listened to me amd really tried to work with what I could afford

My initial start to viewing the vehicle I wanted to see did not go smoothly due to a unprofessional sales manager(which was handled) . I was ready to walk away.However, the salesman Payton and Director Chris where beyond professional and easy to work with although ultimately I choose to work with Kia directly those two gentlemen deserve 5 stars on professional manners and timely responses and overall satisfaction with experience overall with them both.

Great honda dealership super friendly efficient. Annie, Elizabeth and Trevor were great with helping me find out what was right for me. Will definitely recommend to anyone. Will come back in the future. Worth the 2 hour drive.
