Garber Collision

Overall, I appreciate the team’s communication. Everyone was polite, responsive, and very professional through email and updates. I was also grateful for the free paint work on the back gate of my Honda CR-V. However, the repair timeline was much longer than expected. I was originally told the car would be ready in about two weeks, but it ended up taking a little over one month. Because of the delay, my insurance only covered the rental car for one week. After that, I had to borrow my daughter’s car. The rental car I received was also in poor condition—it was noisy and had a bad smell. I wish the collision center could help coordinate rental coverage for the full repair period when delays happen, especially when the work takes longer than expected. Despite the delays, I truly appreciate the staff and their communication. Thank you to the team for their professionalism.

Originally had a day to drop off car in early Dec. They called to reschedule as parts were weren't going to be. Suggested Friday, Dec 12. Wasn't able to do for that day, so Dec 26 was the date to drop off. Received a courtesy vehicle that ended up with warning on the dash the night of the snow storm and flat tire the tlnext morning. Rented a car for 6 days to get to work and returned vehicle on Sun (3 days after getting it). Never received call about the returned vehicle-I called to ensure they saw it. No apologies or "I'm sorry". Also wanted information as to an update to repair as it wasn't started. They didnt know why I dropped it off Fri as usually there are no drop offs. Received email last Tues it was done in body shop and onto paint shop. No further communication until I called yesterday to check. Was told it would be done by 3pm and made arrangements to pick up today. Went in, was given key and instructions about washing and waxing. No one even walked out with us to show us the vehicle and make sure we were happy with repair. Although we purchased from them-will consider other places of any work.

I really impressed with their work. Great costumer service, great people very polite, helpful, care and professional. My car was done before the estimate time. Don’t listen to what people say about this shop with their bad experiences. I really recommended for this shop. Courtney was excellent and very nice person answer my questions and keep give me an update with their work. Thank you so much to all team or employees at Garber collision for everything. A collision in December stretched out into 2 months, being assured over the phone it would be finished next week...every single week. Parts shipping was half of the delay, which would have been understandable, but since they're obliged to work with the centers of the same name across the street rather than outsourcing to mechanics with openings, they don't bother working it into each other's schedules and will just get it done "whenever", resulting in hour-long procedures taking 4 days. They seem to actively resent each other for this when asked about each other from either building. We were only told they even offer courtesy rentals on the day we picked up the car, the service was never suggested over the phone. When we picked up the (electrical) car, it hadn't been charged at all and the main menu claims it still needs to be serviced. Really disappointing after all that time. EDIT: Name on the vehicle was Roberts, the car was picked up on the 19th.

Drop Off wed dec 29th 2025 This is one of the worst places to leave your car. They had my vehicle since Wednesday. Denise told me she would call Thursday or Friday with an update and an estimated repair timeline, but she never did. I understand delays happen, so I spoke with Ken, who said he was the manager. On Friday, Ken told me they had not even touched the car yet and asked me to call back Monday, promising he would have an ETA around 3 PM. I called as instructed, and he said he still didn’t know how long the repair would take. She should have told me to drop off after holidays week. When I mentioned what Denise previously told me, he flat-out said that wasn’t true, essentially calling me a liar. At that point, I asked for my car back. Ken was rude, showed no apology or accountability, handed me the keys, and said nothing else. They wasted almost an entire week without doing any work. The lack of communication, professionalism, and respect is unacceptable. Do not take your car here. Pick up today from Rude Ken the manager...
