I found Dunn Tire through Google reviews and was specifically drawn in by their Road Force balancing machine, as tire balance was my main concern. I called with some questions about rims and Pete was fantastic. He took my info, said he’d look into some options, and actually called me back a couple days later as promised. That alone stood out. We ended up putting together a custom wheel and tire setup. I ordered the rims directly from the manufacturer and had them shipped straight to Dunn Tire. Pete coordinated everything seamlessly, pre-ordered my specific tires, and when I arrived they let me open the box and inspect the rims myself before anything was touched. The technician who did the install was friendly and professional, and the whole experience was clearly communicated start to finish. The result? Zero shimmy at highway speeds. I couldn’t be happier. I’ll definitely be back.

I went into Dunn Tire to understand the options of what to replace my current tires with on my 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 . I had been very disappointed with some GoodRich tires that didn't last very long even though I drive pretty gentle. Lee the manager offered me six different options and an opportunity to get in on clearance inventory sale that cut my purchase and installation price in half from everything else I've been quoted. Additionally he managed to get me in right away and I had new tires installed balanced and mounted in Just 2 hours. He gave me great confidence that Dunn Tire will stand behind their product even though this tire brand is being discontinued , and he definitely just got himself a customer for the duration of this vehicle's life , and the next ones.

I called in the morning and had tires and alignment by the end of the day for a good price too! Service was courteous with multi point checks and other rcommendations that were on point. This is two in a row for me with Dunn and I intend to come back again. Thanks.

Bought my tires on tirerack.com and had them shipped for free to this location. Friendly service, both Jason and Lee were prompt & professional. Dunn ordered me a rideshare to get around then back to pick up my vehicle later. Love my new Radar directional tires! All set for WNY winter.
