If I could give a negative star, I would. Brought my truck in in November after I got sideswiped . The paint job came out really nice. The decals came out really nice, but the reassembly part constant problems of my tailgate sticking they didn’t hook up the hydraulic cylinder that lowers the tailgate softly. It was just left loose in there so I had to take apart my tail light and fix it myself By tunnel cover was covered under insurance. They replaced it with a cheap one that fell apart almost instantly. And then my tailgate lash completely snapped because It was put together poorly, not a line properly , And the latches had no grease, Or lubrication . So again, I would say negative stars, take it to some other shop

Crash Champions provides great services! They will get your car fixed up looking good as new in as minimal time as possible! They also have me a free interior vacuum clean which was nice to look at when I got back my ride compared to when I first dropped my car off it was a bit crumby on the interior. But overall I rate Crash Champions a 10/10. I brought my car in with major driver side collision damage, my entire driver side front end was completely smashed in and marked up with the door only opening halfway. When I came back after the repairs it was as if I never even got into a collision, that is how great of a job they did! Thank you Crash Champions for being the ones to reliably fix my vehicle and also doing so in a timely manner as well with precise time estimates as to when the vehicle was going to be ready for pickup!

I would give a zero star if I could. They underestimated repair so insurance would fix. Then once they started repairs they kept billing my insurance company. They ended up doing 7k worth of work on a 4k car. Insurance is dumb for approving anyways but if they would have just been honest with quote off the bat then it would have been totaled but they would have not been able to over charge insurance then. When I picked up from repair a panel from under the front dash was sitting in my back seat. The rear lights did not work. They worked when dropped off. On the front grill, half the clips are showing and not clipped where they should be. They are out to just make money and don’t care about the customer.
