I had a great experience here. I know nothing about cars, parts, repairs, etc., so I definitely appreciated that extra element of customer service and attention they provided. I worked with Jim and he was very thorough in explaining the process start to finish, next steps, even took the time to show exactly which color they thought matched my more-unique car best. Looked brand new after they replaced the bumper and I felt comfortable throughout. I would highly recommend!

I don't even know where to begin my accident totalled out my car (sideswipe driver side). I Bought it back, and I was beside myself until my mechanic (Vesa's Automotive) sent me to Mike Broccolo Sr. from there Mike Jr. took over doing what you can on a budget were my words. I picked up my car and it looked better than before the accident!! Right down to my 1980's pinstripes lol! How do they do it!! I'll tell you how--honest, thrifty, and Broccolo has the guys that ROCK! My baby can't thank them enough, and i certainly am a loyal customer now who 100% has, and will continue to recommend Broccolo Collision to anyone looking for a quality job done while making things simple for you!!! He even took me into the shop to show me the work being done and outlined his plan moving forward. I had a very positive experience with Broccolo Collision. It’s a very busy place, which can make you feel nervous that you will be lost in the shuffle. That was not my experience. Jim was very communicative throughout the process of waiting for availability to work on my car and the repair process. Not only did they complete the repair as asked, they detailed the entire interior of the car. I did not expect that and it was such a nice surprise. I recommend this place for collision work!

Broccolo Auto Collision is the real “Subaru” deal. Yes, there is a regional “Official” Subaru Collision shop (Garber), but it is in designation only. After purchasing a new 2025 Subaru Forester, only 2wks later a deer ran into the side of it damaging the fender, hood, grill, light, etc. As it is a new generation, parts were back ordered, this I understood due to supply chain constraints, etc. I initially contacted Garber Collision Center, which is the Official local Subaru repair shop. Long story short, Broccolo made the repair that Garber did not correct. (Read Garber review for details). Early in process after talking with Garber (poor communication), I contacted Broccolo Auto Collision which was recommended for Subaru repairs. I was up front with Mike (Jr) and told him about the situation at Garber and I had started conversations with Garber. He was fine and still helped, he just shared his passion for the business. One of his initial comments was, “I don’t care if you get your car repairs with us, I want you to be happy and the work done correct no matter where you get it done.” My experience was 100% different with Broccolo vs. Garber. He spoke with me over the phone for about 40 minutes and described collision repair, the process, parts procurement (said he would source or drive to get parts from outside area if needed), insurance process, how his company works, he was up-front about billing, costs, etc. 100% profession and customer care! After 4 months, Garber received parts first, so I took car to the “official” Subaru repair facility (I told Broccolo as I was upfront and they understood). Long story short, after Garber repairs were done, within 4 min my wife noticed a piece of molding was not attached between hood/fender area near window, larger gaps between hood/fenders and hood/grill. Summary – Garber initially did not accept responsibility for gaps (response was “Subaru’s “cars are gappy, they are all like this – we are an official repair shop and have experience and know what we are doing.”. We had to show them comparisons with new cars, (photos) for them to make some slight adjustments, but gaps were still apparent, molding two weeks later was still not in. Broccolo, fitted car in adjusted so GAPs were not there, properly installed the molding – as it was not BROKE! It was just installed incorrectly by Garber, they also put a new pin in the fender that was missing. Cost? $0, they wanted us to be happy with our Subaru product. Broccolo is the un-official regional Subaru repair shop!
