Broccolo Automotive

The guys at Broccolo Automotive did an OUTSTANDING job with my recently purchased 2015 Chevy Cruze! I noticed a smell and fluids around the engine. Broccolo Automotive was recommended to me by twin sister. What impressed me the most were the pictures of all of the possible issues with my car and the recommendation for the repairs. The guys were customer friendly and the shop was clean. They completed all the repairs in a timely way. Broccolo is my new Automotive shop for all my maintenance and repairs for my 2015 Chevy Cruze! 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

Mike Broccolo Jr is by far one of the best people we have worked with. We were in a bit of a pickle with a accident that was caused by another driver who drove a company vehicle. It was super hard to find anyone in that company to give us information about the claim. Our own insurance company was lowballing the estimate and Mike texted me some names and numbers of people to talk to. That made the biggest difference and we were able to proceed with a claim from the other driver's Insurance which ended up estimating almost four times this much and by the end of the day our car got fixed exactly the way it should so that our Subaru warranty was still intact. I can't say enough good things about Mike and his team. They are the absolute best at what they do, thorough, careful and considerate. Even though they're quite the distance from where we live, I can't see us using anybody else in the future. They took a really awful situation and made it into a way better, more positive one. And we are so thrilled to have our Subaru back looking just as good as it did before the accident, even better as they detailed the car before we picked it up. I just couldn't ask for a better experience.

I am so happy I have found a forever mechanic to go to when my car needs to be fixed. I drive a Volvo and not a lot of mechanics in the city of Rochester deal with Volvos. I had a check engine light on for almost a year of driving around and no one could help me. Finally took my Truck to broccolos and I couldn’t be any more happier the staff was friendly and did an excellent job with my truck check engine light is gone along with some other minor issues. Thank you so much broccolos.

This is hands down the best auto shop in Rochester, especially for students. Mike Sr. and the rest of the staff truly care about doing what’s best for you and your car. They answer all your questions thoughtfully and patiently, allowing you to make fully informed decisions. Everything is well explained, thoroughly documented, super organized, and exceptionally professional. I have been recommending this place to everyone I know and they deserve every positive review they get. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!

If you're a parent who sent their child far away to the Rochester area for college with a car, and are nervous about having the vehicle serviced or repaired remotely, look no further and have no fear, Mike is here! My daughter's is attending RIT. She has her 2016 Crosstrek, of which I personally take care of and maintain. She recently called with the "Dad, it's making a noise" message. As many of us know, that could be anything from innocuous wind noise to the motor is about to throw a lifter rod straight through the side of the car. I struggled between ignoring it, having her drive home and having a local, unknown shop take care of it (fully expecting to be taken to the cleaners), but settled on the latter. I sent her over to the shop. They did a THOROUGH job inspecting it, sent an awesomely detailed report about the car's current condition, secured the loose rear wheel mudguard (the noise), and sent her on her merry way. Cost? $0 UnHEARD of in my neck of the woods. I believe in paying someone for their labor, no matter how minor and reached out to do just that. They wouldn't take a dime. I was told, essentially, "Hey, I'm a Dad too. I get it." It's SO refreshing to know there are still honest, hard working folks out there. Mike Sr, thank you SO much for putting this proud papa at ease.
