The collision department has been wonderful from start to finish. They got me in so quickly, explained everything thoroughly and were so friendly. I will absolutely be back.

They are just starting to work on my car. I just want to give a shout out to Lena Cohen. She is the best customer service person I have ever met. She is 100%+at her job. When the car is finished I will update to the job they did on my vehicle.

Bob Johnson Collision Center and Buick/GMC were of huge help when a pothole destroyed my tire and damaged my wheel. Big shout-out to Liz and Heather who were exceptionally kind, helpful, and empathic throughout the whole situation. The service department was incredibly accommodating and put my car on the left to inspect for further damage and confirm wheel damage. Unfortunately, my insurance provider insisted on wheel repair which had to be outsourced to a third party local wheel repair company and the finish did not meet my expectations, however, this is not a reflection of Bob Johnson Collision, but rather the insurance company specifying a repair that is very difficult to match the finish and texture and by a subcontractor that is beyond the control of Bob Johnson. The helpfulness of Bob Johnson Collision Center, their straightforward communication, and kindness are much appreciated and speak highly of the entire Bob Johnson Auto Group.

Excellent experience in a stressful time. They would call me to give updates!! Our 3500 Sierra was completed perfectly and they didn't cut any corners. They could have patched the metal or used bondo, but they did it right and replaced the tailgate. I know it took a little pushing by them to insurance but they made sure it's perfect. The truck is only 7 months old and it's not the time to cut corners. Heather, Liz, and Amber are a pleasure to talk to, try to be upbeat and helpful even with a stressful project, and definitely know the ins and outs of repair work. We have owned 4 gmcs in 10 years, 3 of which have had collision issues (none were our fault!) And we have learned to only take our vehicles here and ro no other collision shop, including other gmcs in the area. Top notch!
