Picked up car timely with just completed complementary wash!

I have two BMW’s always maintained and managed at West Herr. Patrick is the man, alway helpful and pleasant. I also have a pristine Bentley GTC which the dealership said they could help me maintain and do state inspections for me. Patrick goes out of his way to get the services and parts needed. A wrong part was sent and Patrick personally sought me out and apologized profusely and eventually was able to chase the part replacement down. Thank you so much I know he went above and beyond to make it right.

Went for a recall on my 06. I was told itd be a couple hours and my car was done about an hour later. Everyone was quick to help me and get the process moving. Employees were all super nice

Phil and the staff at BMW were awesome from first contact all the way until I picked my car up. Service was second to none and super speedy. I dropped my car off at 9am, had them replace 2 rear tires, change the spark plugs and new oil & filter. Phil and his team let me know my car was ready for pickup by 2:30pm. Highly recommended!
