I came and got my muffler fixed next door, then ran into the owner here. We talked for about 20 min, he was super respectful and accommodating; I wasn’t event using his shop.

I’ve been going to this shop for years for my oil changes, inspections etc. Pat is great, always upfront about pricing and time frames for the job at hand. I wouldn’t trust my auto repairs to anyone else.

SW Auto has always treated my family fairly, have gone above an beyond for repairs, and prices are very reasonable.

DON’T COME HERE UNLESS YOU KNOW FOR SURE YOU’RE GOING TO PAY FOR SERVICE. I could give 0 stars I would. Patrick was a very rude, and disrespectful person. The way he treated me after I had changed my mind - no later than 4 hours - about accepting his service was very unprofessional. I am disappointed to have wasted my trust and time into this individual.

If you go here be ready to get your car back with 5 to six months.... I THINK? Well I brought my car in Oct 15 of 2022 it is now Jan 17th 2023 and I still haven't received my car... (i hope when I do get it 🙏 it will work fine... again I hope)....O yeah almost forgot be ready for millions of excuses from the owner, and the owner to ignore yor calls and text... he will say things like call me in a few days. Or say that the parts are taking weeks to get.. thats if you can get intouch with him... hopefully my car will work fine when I get it..(they probably do a good job i dont know I couldn't tell you yet i haven't received my car yet)... but hands down one of the worst services you will get by company and the owner...
