It’s all about accountability and recognizing your own mistakes. At the end of month 1 she should have had her 2020 bmw towed from this place- instead she abandoned it for 3 months with zero updates on services? Bad bad decisions Amy Lyn- from the start. If you wanted cheap- and clearly you did- that is exactly what you got for your 2020 bmw. Research and comparing businesses is so readily available- take time to do the work!! Anyone who looks at this place and brings a 2020 bmw, kinda gets what they deserve. It definitely does not look like the kind of place a 2 year old import should spend any time. If you want an evening gown, then go to Walmart to buy one-you can only blame yourself- not Walmart. If you have a 2020 bmw take it to be repaired at a clean, reputable & highly recommended import auto body repair shop. A shop that has 20 cars already dry rotting outside should not look appealing make better choices people!!
