Great service from Caliber Collision. The service representative was very nice, friendly, and helpful throughout the process. My car was ready very quickly and looked brand new when I picked it up. They even cleaned it, which was a really nice touch. I’m very happy with the entire experience and would definitely recommend Caliber Collision

NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE worst people to ever deal with ignorant people did not do the job done right I brought my car their to get repaired they said it would take 2 weeks turned into 1 month caliber collision said we are waiting for the new bumper to come in because they ordered after market instead of oem which they should’ve ordered in the first place. They said the head light had to be change to even tho it was working perfect and was not damaged, not moved when I drop it off. I’d rather talk to a wall then the lady at the front counter she had ever excused from I’m waiting on a painter, waiting on a part, just to tell me the car is not done then when I finally get the car back the bumper was never replace and was repaired and the paint job was terrible with divots and cracks in paint you can tell they rush on the prep work could never find honest shops anymore would recommend YouTube more then this place look at the pictures paid 4,000 for what🤬

My car was hit by a careless driver, luckily my dash cam captured the situation, it went through their insurance. Caliber collision is a Geico express repair shop, they are the absolute best. I dropped my car off 8/5, they gave me an approximate completion date of 8/11, they delivered on time. My car was returned clean, and detailed like it looked out of the dealer showroom. I know sometimes dealing with insurance and body work can be frustrating, jobs looking rushed, that was not the case with me, caliber collision made the whole process quick and painless. They kept me informed through the whole process, Geico covered the bill, and the rental. That’s another thing that made it even easier, I picked up the rental at the same location I dropped my car off, and when I picked up my car, caliber just grabbed the keys of the rental and returned it. They truly made this whole experience super easy and quick. I highly, highly recommend caliber collision if you’re looking for professional work. Thank you Caliber Collision!

I visited Caliber Collision in Patchogue on November 26, 2025, and left extremely disappointed. Unfortunately, the behavior at the front desk ruined the experience. This was my second experience dealing with Caliber in Patchogue. In 2021 I had an estimate wrote up for a truck that got rear ended. That experience was adequate and usual. On this occasion I was directed to caliber following a parking lot ding to the rear quarter panel of my vehicle by the other parties insurance carrier, having had a regular experience in my prior visit I obliged the vendor suggestion and made an appointment over the phone Monday 11.24.25 with a representative who was pleasant. I arrived for my 8am appointment where the appraiser, Jerry, promptly went and reviewed the damage. We returned to the lobby area where I was asked to wait for him to complete the estimate. After sitting quietly in the lobby for about 20 minutes, completely minding my own business, I was suddenly approached—out of the blue—by the front-desk manager, Jodi Smith. She came at me in an aggressive, confrontational manner and accused me of smoking inside the lobby with zero evidence. When I asked her to review the waiting-area camera footage, she told me the camera “doesn’t work.” Instead of clearing anything up, she said, “Either you go outside or I go outside,” and then stormed off to speak with the appraiser. It was unprofessional, uncomfortable, and entirely unnecessary. After stepping outside briefly, I went back in to request her name so I could file a formal complaint. I wasn’t given her name, an email address, or any way to report what happened. The whole thing left me feeling like she was trying to cover for herself while possibly influencing the appraiser against me. She then disappeared from the room entirely, leaving the appraiser—who remained courteous—to finish the estimate and quietly provide me with her name afterward. The appraiser did their job well, but Jodi’s confrontational behavior turned a routine visit into a stressful and unpleasant one. Caliber Collision should seriously address how customers are being treated by this manager. --Update - 12.5.2025 - I sent an e-mail to Caliber as directed in their response of 12.3.2025. I have not yet been contacted by them, and if I have, they haven't left a Voicemail. Update 1.12.2026 - still no return correspondence.

Had a heat experience with caliber collision after my accident. They made the process stress free and my car was fixed a day before scheduled time. Couldn't be more thankful
