The people that work there are all very and super nice and very accommodating! The owner Carmine has been doing this for a very long time and takes much pride in the work that comes out of his shop. Their work is way above the rest! If you’re looking for a body shop then this is definitely the place you want to go! Tremendous customer service and excellent craftsmanship. The staff was incredibly attentive and thoughtful, they went out of their way to make the repair process simple. Vehicle was repaired quickly and looks new, the inside was cleaned and spotless. Hopefully won't have to recommend someone for a repair like mine, stay safe and know that Bona Fide in Patchogue has the best service and has your back.

My 2020 Honda was involved in an accident taking out the entire left side of the car. Carmine & Patrick got my estimate quickly, helped with the insurance company, scheduled and completed my job quickly and easily. No hassles, painless, and the quality of work performed was AMAZING!! The car looks better than new - the repairs were perfect, the car was detailed inside and out! I wholeheartedly endorse their work.

Best experience ever with an auto body business! I brought my car in for a fender bender I had after being hit by someone. Thankfully I decided on BonaFide for the repair. From start to finish, Lisa at the front counter and the owner Carmine made what easily could have been a stressful sit,uation into a pleasant experience.
