I had such a great experience at Goodyear, and I really want to thank Nick and Erick for going above and beyond. Nick, the Assistant Service Manager, was incredibly helpful and made sure my RAM was fixed quickly. He understood how important it was for me to get my vehicle back in time, and he made the whole process smooth and stress-free. His kindness, professionalism, and sense of urgency really stood out. I also want to give a huge thank you to Erick, the mechanic, who stayed past his normal hours to finish the job. That level of dedication means so much, and I truly appreciate the extra effort he put in to make sure my vehicle was ready and safe for the bad weather. It’s not often you come across people who care this much, and both Nick and Erick made a stressful situation so much easier. Goodyear is lucky to have them, and I’m very grateful for the excellent service!

Nick, the store manager, was a blessing. I truly feel like he saved me from a bad situation. I had no brake pressure and couldn't find any available mechanics, but he told me to bring my car in right away with no hesitation. He found my brake lines were damaged and even informed me my car had a recall, advising me to go to the dealership. That level of honesty is rare. 1 1000% recommend Goodyear. Ask for Nick, he will take care of you. Thank you again Nick, you rock!

Bought vehicle in to fix a nail in tire. Management and tech both said its too close to the sidewall to fix, the nail is top image other is a pepple Its on tread actually and not even close to the sidewall. The manager went on to say that it is illegal for him to fix this tire with a patch or a plug, which I find hard to believe they are just trying to upsell a tire and rob the customer. Never again will I go here and I suggest no one else does I went up the block to a local garage who put a plug in it for $10 and didn't tell me about any legalIty About fixing tires

Staff on site refused to put air in tires stating that I come there too much to put air in my tires management said I need to back my guys up and this is becoming too much I have called a couple other places, and they all stated that there is no limit of how much air you can put in your tire and the customer service I received due to my request was disturbing I will never return to this place. Don’t ever bring your car here for an emergency this place discriminate people of color!! NEVER GO HERE !!!

Service was very bad . I won’t recommend it to schedule any appointments with the store . Took me 4 hrs for a change of tire and once I ask it’s take so long the answer was if you want your service to be quicker bring your car on Monday . What a wonderful answer from this guy Nick
