Walmart Auto Care Center

We had our tires replaced at Walmart Auto Care center and overall had a good experience. I received plenty of service reminders through their automated system and they were expecting us when we arrived. Phil and Ken took very good care of us - and even showed us the tires before putting them on to make sure we were happy with them as we went with something much more aggressive from what we had. I thought that was very thoughtful - many places would not have bothered to do so. Service time was as expected - about an hour and they pulled our car in early. I would absolutely recommend the tire service here and won't hesitate to come back when I am due for my next set.

The Service Manager Scott got me in for an emergency tire repair, then informed me the service would be free because I'm a Walmart + member. All around great service, I will be back!

I got my car in the shop for electrical issues a week ago . They always do a full rundown inspection with service . When they looked at my oil they said FULL but a bit dirty. Fast forward a WEEK later , time for a oil change. I went to Walmart because I was in a rush. I get it changed, drive for a couple days hear like heat bubling . Look under the car three giant spots of oil. I show up to Walmart tell them too take a look at it they finally decided to look at it after throwing me through the ringer. Then they say everything looks good that THEY did. They said I must have a leak. My oil is full but what happend Is THEY DID SUCH A MESSY CHANGE THAT I HAVE OLD OIL LEAKING OUT OF MY ENGINE BAY . THEY LET IS SIT IN THE PLASTIC UNDER COVERING AND POOL UP. they tried to blame a leak which is impossible since I just had It looked at the week before . They didn't want to own up to the terrible work and clean up all the OLD oil that's all over my engine bay and underneath . This photo below was sent from my mechanic on March 27, I Got my Car in to Walmart for an oil change April 1st. My car wouldn't be full of oil if it was leaking especially at 3000 miles .The picture of my dash is what my miles were after I got it looked at by a mechanic for the electrical stuff.if you needed more proof .

My tire kept going flat so I brought it in. They fixed it and I haven't had an issue since. It was months ago. They were kind and knowledgeable and didn't try to sell me anything. I did need new wiper blades which didn't cost much and they put them on for me. Thank you!

Spare yourself the headache and go anywhere but here. John the older gentleman at this location is the most unprofessional and uneducated individual. 9 months after purchasing tires and road hazard warranty from this location I caught a nail that made the tire not repairable. The tire is out of stock so per industry standard for AWD and 4wd vehicles they would have to replace all 4 tires with a comparable one. John insisted I was wrong with a arrogant, talking down demeaner and just refused to hear me out. I walked out fuming. Went to the Camillus location to consult with the team lead there who was fantastic and indeed did replace all 4 tires through the road hazard warranty. Needless to say this location will never have our business again.
