Initially skeptical about seeking service at a dealership, Bob and the team helped put me at ease with the way they operated in a professional but friendly manner with everyone. Honest communication helped boost my confidence as the process took a bit longer because of the unusual nature of my issue. Gotta stay loyal to my regular guys some, but other than minor maintenance, I'll be coming here.

Once again this service department as well as the entire staff at DV was exceptional. Cam is very professional as well as personal with clear communication. Steve who did diagnostics and mechanical work is very thorough and professional. I was very impressed that they took extra time to diagnose and explain circumstances to mitigate potential repairs and extra costs. To add a cherry on top every single DV employee I met was very welcoming and friendly.

Simple oil change took almost two hours after making appt. Car was outside and no one knew it. Additionally I checked the oil change sticker when I got home and noticed inspection was due - know one bothered to check at service dept. called to complain and they hung up. Called numerous times after being hung up on and they didn’t pick up. They are incompetent, lazy and rude. Never again will I patronize them.

Technician did not fill windshield reservoir during oil change service. Not great customer service experience for the CNY winter we are experiencing. DV batting .333 average for my last 3 visits. 1st visit, the technician did not adjust the tire air pressure after tire rotation. My vehicle requires 70psi in the rear and 60psi in the front. Had to do it myself after the fact. 2nd visit was 100%. Not sure if my experience is isolated or if this is what DV service is like overall.

Bob my service rep was very thorough and great with communication about my vehicle. I love walking the mall while waiting for my car and enjoying the cafe, vintage car displays and trains!
