Brought car in for oil change and Jake took all my information. They sent me a video of them explaining my undercarriage and all the items they checked and the condition at this time. They showed my tires that I have a lot of wear on them and explained I need to get knew ones. I was impressed that that they told me if my husband ( who also is a mechanic) finds tires to give them a call to see if they can match the price or even do a better deal. I love how they did not BS me and even were professional enough to work with me. Highly recommend them!

Positive! Always listen and hear me as I explain my service needs. Constant communication via text & video of the work being done, or concerns as the technician works on the vehicle. Always receive quotes $ which helps in my decision making with a nine year old BMW. Burdick BMW are attentive, knowledgeable and professional! Thanks

The cost was extremely high, but I know the work was done right. They also provide me a loaner car, which is major. I live a half hour away, and they are very generous with loaning it to those who do service with them. If you have a BMW this is the team to take it to.

Jake is an excellent client advisor and is very professional and does all he can to make the experience pleasurable. He has been there a while an employee Burdick should not lose site of, would be a loss if he left Burdick BMW. One small complaint that he could not control, Technician did not rest the Oil Service reminder. They have missed this since 2023. Vehicle shows service due in 2023.
