Burdick Lexus Service

I purchased a new Lexus from Burdick Lexus on May 1, 2025, and traded in my old vehicle as part of the deal. The price I received at that time wasn’t very competitive, but since I urgently needed a car, I decided to proceed with the purchase. During the buying process, I clearly told them that I would be driving a lot of miles because this car is mainly for business use — I travel frequently between two stores for work. Because of that, I decided to purchase an extended warranty, which cost me over $4,500. They fully understood my situation and confirmed everything when I signed the paperwork. They also told me that my new car came with two complimentary maintenance services. On the day I bought the car, their staff even helped me schedule my first service appointment for November, which means the timing was arranged entirely by them, not by me. However, when I came in this November for that scheduled maintenance, my car had 12,900 miles on it. To my surprise, they told me that my first complimentary maintenance had been “skipped” or “voided,” and that they would go straight to the second service. I was shocked. I explained that I didn’t miss my first maintenance — they were the ones who scheduled it for November when I bought the car. It’s completely unfair to take away my first complimentary service because of their own scheduling decision. When I tried to discuss this politely, the staff and the manager were extremely rude and dismissive. The manager’s tone was harsh, cold, and unprofessional, showing no courtesy or willingness to help. The entire experience made me feel extremely disappointed and frustrated. For years, our family has always purchased our Lexus vehicles from dealerships in Manhattan, where the service has always been professional, respectful, and courteous. The difference between those dealerships and Burdick Lexus is like night and day. We have trusted and supported the Lexus brand for many years because of its reputation for quality and excellent customer care. Unfortunately, this experience at Burdick Lexus completely failed to meet those standards. I sincerely hope that Lexus corporate will review this case and remind this dealership what genuine professionalism and customer service should look like. No customer — especially one who paid extra for extended protection and followed every instruction given — should ever be treated this way.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I brought my car into Burdick Lexus for its 5K service, and the entire experience was excellent. Haley made scheduling simple and convenient. When I arrived, Michael checked me in and immediately addressed my noise concern—he even brought over the master technician to speak with me directly. While I waited in their spotless lounge, Sales Manager Debra and Salesperson Devin stopped by to say hello, which was a great personal touch. Michael kept me updated throughout the service; before I knew it, he handed me my keys. Fast, professional, and friendly—top-notch service all around.

Stellar service department, throughout the 25 years I've been driving RX SUVs from Burdick. Mike, the current service manager, is great to work with, explains everything clearly, checks with me after diagnosing things before proceeding. Prices are reasonable, the loaner vehicles are always good, and they'll squeeze you in if there's a pop-up problem. They'll also go to bat for you if there's something that they believe really shouldn't have failed though it is out of warranty -- absolutely awesome!

The staff at Burdick Lexus service are absolutely amazing. Kept me in the loop the entire process and had a great price. They also completed the service on my LS430 in a timely manner. Keep it up, you guys and gals are awesome!

Had the 30K mile service completed on my 2011 RX450. Mike was very courteous, kept me informed and offered me a loaner. My SUV now runs smoother and I feel much safer! Thank You Mike and Service Staff!
