Burdick Mazda Service

I brought my 2025 cx5 in for an oil change at 3000 miles. While dropping off the keys, the service coordinator asked if would like them to rotate the tires for an additional $29 dollars, to which I said yes because the left front wheel had considerable balancing weights on it and I thought it would be a smoother steering wheel if the tire was rotated to the rear. Fast forward a week and I noticed while cleaning the tires that the same wheel was still on the left front. Now I'm not only disappointed, I questioned whether the oil was changed. I would like to continued to have Mazda service my Mazda but I'm concerned and will have to verify all service before I leave the Burdick dealership, if I continue to bring it there for service.

Had a great experience at this dealership/service department having a warranty repair done recently. Competent and professional staff. Consider me a highly satisfied customer. I purchased this car at another dealership in town but will be coming back here for service as this place has the vibe of doing things right.
