EDIT: I appreciate the response here, but to clarify for other customers: no such attempt to "connect" was made. I have no missed calls or emails from this shop. I would have been happy to resolve this months ago had a genuine effort been made. TL;DR: Whether you are paying out of pocket or going through insurance, avoid this shop. They may not honor their warranties and their attention to detail is subpar. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. About seven months ago, State Farm recommended this shop after my car was backed into. Initially, the repairs seemed fine and they were completed in a few weeks. They even replaced a foggy recycled headlight with a new one, which I highly appreciated. However, the "dark chrome trim" began peeling shortly after. When I emailed the shop, they claimed they would contact the manufacturer to check for a part defect then they completely ghosted me. Despite multiple follow-up attempts months later, I’ve received zero response. Furthermore, my father (who also works in a body shop) pointed out several issues I originally missed: significant overspray, missing rivet plugs, and a misaligned bumper. While my car isn't a luxury vehicle, a professional shop should return a car to "like it never happened" status.

I'm always nervous when it comes to my car. I was very happy with everyone I had encountered. The people and service were outstanding. They went above and beyond from the first time I met them and through-out the process. I think my CRV looks better than the day I initially got it.

I hit a deer with my Rav 4 and my car looked pretty ugly but North side collision Cicero brought it back to life. It looks so great and they kept me updated every step of the way. Thank you so much for all of your hard work.

Chris the auto tech service guy was wonderful in calming me down to explaining that my car was safe for my daughter to drive until it gets fits. I didn't have an appointment for them to look at my car. And Chris came right out to look at it and give me guidance on what to do with the insurance company. Will bring my cars ther again. Took my car here for an estimate took them over a week just to call me to tell me they will not give me an estimate unless they are the ones to do the repair work. Brian was his name . I never heard of anything like that before in my life so you’re telling me that you can’t tell me how much it’s going to cost to fix unless I pay you to fix it. Unprofessional this place is a complete joke. It’s the McDonald’s of body shops. Take your car somewhere else
