If I could give 10 out of 5 stars, I would. The store manager Todd and the team at the Cicero Goodyear location were absolutely phenomenal. I came in for a simple oil change on my fiancée’s 2012 Honda CR-V, but I left with so much more. As someone who isn’t very car-savvy, I had a lot of questions—but Todd was incredibly patient, professional, and kind throughout. He took the time to explain how engine fluids work (also got it changed), the differences between all-season, 4-season, and all-weather tires, and even helped me understand the pros and cons of leasing vs. owning a car. He also helped me figure out which tires are best suited for my driving style. It was genuinely a mind-blowing experience. Thank you, Todd—you’ve set the bar high!

I brought my car to this Goodyear Auto Service Center for a routine New York State inspection on September 29, 2025, and unfortunately, my steering wheel leather was damaged while the vehicle was being serviced. I immediately brought this to the attention of the staff and they told me to come back the next day to show it to the manager. I came back the next day and they told me there was nothing they could do and that I needed to contact Goodyear Customer Support. I did so right away, provided photos and documentation, and was told the District Manager would reach out — but it’s now been weeks with no follow-up or resolution. I’ve been a long-time customer (or was) and expected better accountability when a vehicle is damaged while in the care of a national service brand.

Happened to be next door at Byrne Dairy topping air off in tires when a valve stem broke in half. Took vehicle to this Goodyear and despite being fully booked and every tech busy, they stopped and got working on replacing the valve stem and TPMS sensor immediately. 20 minutes later, I was pulling back out and on my way. It is so hard to find a shop these days that’ll breakaway for a small job like that. These guys helped me avoid sitting in their lobby for 3-4 hours until they could make it to my vehicle. Thanks folks, you have my highest recommendation and I’d definitely come back if the situation warranted. May need new tires next year, I’ll keep you on the short list.

One of the most unprofessional experiences I have had. Set up to buy and install snow tires. I dropped the car off and later that day was informed they only had 2 of the 4 tires. Said the shipment comes tomorrow and I can leave the car overnight. No one ever calls the next day even though I was told they would call me. I call and get put on hold for 15 minutes until they get me to the person who says the shipment is now coming tomorrow. so Again I leave the car another night. I again have to call myself the next day to be told they are working on it right now. Two hours go by to install 4 tires and I call again to which they tell me I am ready to go. I get to the shop and my car is parked blocked in by 3 other cars. There is a little room and I am told that I can probably fit and “I believe in you”. The car in front of my car ended up getting moved so i didn’t DAMAGE SOMEONE ELSES car. Shipments running late is completely understandable and I was polite and very understanding. It is the people and their response/behaviors throughout the situation that was unacceptable! I would suggest going to anywhere else but here to get anything done.

Spoke to a guy to make a reservation was so rude I didn’t know what number my account was under was very unprofessional and complaining to me of that fact. Found out from a buddy of mine that one employee has a history of meaning mean to people and short tempered I had an appointment with them but I’m going to say screw that. You give me attitude because you have a small line and I didn’t know my number wow time to get a new job
