This particular store went above and beyond. Kayla the service rep literally helped load my tires . It was a custom order of high performance tires with special wheels. The techs did great job. No damage to the wheels. I had an issue with the wheel company and they were patient waiting for me to fix things on my end. A great experience. Top notch customer service.

JP and crew were so very helpful. Searching for an aftermarket tire and being so quick to accommodate me. This is why I continue using this location for my vehicle needs. It comes down to customer service !

Great service from the crew at the Cicero Firestone . The store manager John and his assistant Chris were great to work with, had some recommendatuon needed but never pushy.so have rescheduled to bring it back in.thanks again

Kayla answered the phone letting me know about the tire promotion the company was currently running and set up an appointment for me to get the work done on the next day. I was notified of the technicians' recommendations the following morning and shortly after was notified the vehicle had been completed. Kayla explained the tire promotion in great deal and was very helpful throughout the whole experience. Kayla should be recognized for her excellent performance, as good help is hard to find.

The pricing is high in my opinion but that’s what you get when you go to a corporate mechanic. The store manager did also adjust my bill after I had discussed it with an employee and made me pay more. Apparently there was an added part I wasn’t aware of and it made my price go up by $50. The employees are very helpful and kind but the store manager didn’t relay that information and it put a bad taste in my mouth. I’ll probably still come back.
