Recently purchased a 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport to to replace the 2015 I bought new from them 11 years ago. In general, it was a positive experience. I worked with Aiden to negotiate a fair price to the point I didn't feel the need to look elsewhere. DV has been great to work with. On my way home, I realized I forgot a few things. I contacted Aiden who was able to find them and offered to hold them until the next time I came through. Greatly appreciated. My only complaint was didn't realize I was only getting one key after signing papers and getting ready to leave. Apparently when you by used, you're not guaranteed a spare. Turns out it cost about $500 for a spare (key, programming fee, labor). Didn't think this was something I needed to worry about but now I know. If the latest car holds up like the last one, I'll continue to do business with DV.

NEVER GO THERE!! I was advised to take my Chrysler there as one of my headlights was not working and it would require one only made by Chrysler. I went to Driver's Village in Cicero, NY where they offered to replace it and sent me to the waiting area. About an hour later a female sales advisor came over to me and said "I have some bad news. We replaced the headlight but it still doesn't work. Unfortunately the new headlight is now considered "used" and we can't take it back. The charge will be over $600." Can you believe it? The exact bill I was given was for $669.47 and nothing was fixed!!! I had to pay the amount so I could at least drive home. My repair shop sent me to Longley Brothers. They replaced 2 fuses and charged me $98.56!!! I entered a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. They LIED on their response stating I was told of the charges before replacement. I finally contacted Chrysler Corporate who agreed with me and Driver's Village is refunding me money!!!! NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! Update: I was sent an email that they refunded the total amount to my credit card on 6/24/26. Surprise!!!! I checked with my credit card company and they NEVER POSTED THE CREDIT!!!! Never do business with them!!!!!
View on GoogleI recently had my car stolen and was in desperate need for a vehicle. I am new to the Syracuse area (2 months) and have a career working with and helping individuals struggling with substance abuse and mental health issues. I was worried I would not be able to get to work or travel to my other sites I oversee to help provide them that care. I was nervous calling because you never know who is truly willing to help you, I was thinking that this would be a place that didn't care. From the second I inquired; I have never been treated with such kindness than I have from this dealership. It started with Lauren their online sales customer service agent. She was such a kind and compassionate person who put me at ease the second we spoke. She was the best rep I have ever dealt with to begin this process. I got put in touch with their manager Antonio who had me work with Ian their sales guy. I've never been treated so well from a dealership. They cared about me as a person, they cared about my career and what they could do to get me into a vehicle immediately so I could continue to help my new community. Ian and Antonio went above and beyond anything I imagined and within a few days they took care of me. Not only did I get a new vehicle, but I feel like I made a lasting friendship with all of them. I broke down in tears with how they treated me and ended up hugging them. Antonio and Ian were such good human beings and recognized the work I was doing to help my new community. I'm new here to Syracuse and didn't have many friends, they made me feel like I was family. For anyone looking for a new car this is the place to go. It was seamless, we communicated frequently, and the sales manager went out of his way to help me more when he didn't have to. This team and dealership are more than just a place you look for a car; they truly care about you. I will be forever grateful for how I was treated and the friendships I made. I cannot thank Lauren, Ian and Antonio enough for their kindness and peace of mind they gave me throughout this entire process. I implore anyone that wants to purchase from them to not hesitate for a second. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for such an amazing experience. Going from of such a terrible ordeal with my car being stolen to getting into a brand-new car in a matter of days while seeing how compassionate they were I will never forget. You have a customer for life.
View on GoogleSo we purchased a vehicle through this dealership and the experience was less than stellar. We put our $500 deposit down on the car. Paid with a cashier's check for the vehicle when we came to pick it up. We're told the final payment for the amount of the check. Found out they didn't deduct the $500 deposit we made on it initially. They said, "No problem. We'll reimburse you in 7-10 days." That came and went and so husband called to ask where it was. They didn't send it, but they'll send it and it would be 5-7 business days. Received it, but it was $80 short of the $500. Texted the salesman and he never responded. Husband decided to call him. Not resolved. We're both late 50s and early 60s and never experienced car buying like this before. Sad. Signed by 2 very unhappy customers - Don and Sarah Cole
View on GoogleThis way my first time at drivers village and the customer service from my sales associate was AMAZING! We came to the dealership looking to trade two cars and get a Jeep. We met with the manager Shakit. He had one of his associates Sam help. Sam went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. He made sure the car was detailed and all ready for us to. Sam said because we traveled from Ithaca to Cierco he would meet us at the gas station and fill our gas tank. I have never in my car buying years had an associate go this far to give excellent service to his customers. If you’re in the market for a new car. I highly recommend drivers village and ask for Sam.
