Fantastic visit to Cantech last week. Super easy to schedule service, fast response to confirm. Drop off was easy and smooth. The notification that vehicle was ready was extremely prompt. Upon arrival for pick up, I was greeted instantly with a warming welcome. The services completed were fully explained and the service paperwork was neatly in order and well prepared. The showroom is clean as can be and reflects the care they take for everyone and everything there. Truly thankful to have such a great place, local, for most of my Range Rover needs (way better than a trip to Rochester or Buffalo dealerships). Thank you to all at Cantech! I had an excellent experience with Cantech Automotive and highly recommend them. I brought in my 2020 Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 4MATIC after noticing that the driver-side Burmester speaker sounded muffled and was not working properly after prior door/window work done at Mercedes-Benz of Syracuse dealership(worst place ever for your Mercedes). Cantech quickly inspected the issue and found that the speaker cable had simply not been connected properly. They fixed it and confirmed the speaker was working again. What impressed me most was their honesty, professionalism, and attention to detail. They listened to the concern, checked the right area, found the actual problem, and resolved it without unnecessary upselling or overcomplicating the situation as fast as possible. It is refreshing to work with a shop that is knowledgeable, straightforward, and respectful of the customer’s time. I really appreciate their help and will definitely trust them with future service on my Mercedes.

Super nice cars, even nicer staff! Cars and Coffee is always fun, and it's a great place to get your special ride fixed up or find a new one! They specialize in everything exotic, and are the BEST place to go if you own a nicer car. Lamborghini, Ferrari, Land Rover, Aston Martin, Porsche, and any other brand you can think of, they can do it! Great, advanced tech inside and smart, helpful staff make this an awesome place that I will definitely visit again! I mean, the reviews speak for themselves (4.8 stars), and I actually couldn't find a negative review more than a word long. I've been going there for years, and I highly recommend; they do great work!

I have been going to Cantech since 1997, they always go above and beyond. The work is always done "right" the first time to the highest degree of quality. Their prices are better then the dealer and the quality is realistically better, I have countless stories I can tell. Now that I am selling a couple of my cars Randy has been great giving advice on my next car. Mike, Rocco and all others are always top shelf as well! If you have a "special" car I would not risk bringing it anyplace else!
