Car was done in a timely manner despite them warning me they were overly busy. Looks great too. Very pleasant as well. Had an unrelated minor dent taken care of while it was in for repairs and the price was very reasonable

My car was at Caliber Collision for 2 months, they never detailed my car as promised. Left the number imprints on the windshield from my car being there. The hood fitment does not fit properly AND left my car with only 20 miles until empty after driving it to and from different shops. Highly disappointed and they call themselves a Collision shop? I recommend taking your business elsewhere!

Overall a good pleasant experience considering the circumstances that I needed to be there. This being my first accident (rear-ended, not my fault) I had no clue what to do. Debbie was great and helped with things that became difficult with the insurance company (not mine), and the rental was much smoother thanks to both places on that part. Matt kept me in the loop on the repairs and had it done when he said it would be. My truck looks great! Would recommend this location.

Been waiting for my wheel to be delivered since September 2025. (Still waiting) Not only was I the one reaching out to them for any update, the day they said my wheel was delivered and ready for pick up, I showed up just to be told they ordered a wrong one. Total of 3 hours of drive just so they can prove their incompetence. I wasted my time, gas, and a day off due to their failure. No compensation, no initiative to fix the issue. Just got off the phone with the front desk, lady on the phone says the manager is on the phone and asked me if I could email the picture of the tire. Matt, if you are reading this, you took a pic of my tire 4 months ago with your Ipad.

I gave a one star just to write this review. Caliber Collision is “ The very Worse Place Ever!” What ever you, do… do not ever take your car here, or have it Towed there. I had an accident in January, and my car is still in terrible Condition. I traveled back, and forth 12 times to get it fixed. All Matt did was make excuses… last time I, went there he had the audacity to say, my car was in another accident. All lies, just so, they do not fix it! They didn’t put manufactured parts on it. Had to keep returning, calling, making appointments, and then he would reschedule. I, feel this place is a complete rip off! I have all the pictures of my car 2019 Honda CRV. Thank God, I took them especially when he said, “ I don’t know, this wasn’t there when I, fixed it, we didn’t do this!” Matt should not even be in Business, and one day someone is going to catch up with his horrible Business Procedures. His wife was the one that told me they put cheaper parts on it, and then Matt agreed to order Honda original part. All crazy, but true. He was not a good person to deal with at all. When your car is suppose to be fixed … no, one should have to go back 12 times, and complain. It should have been done right the very first time. Very Dysfunctional Business that either does not know how to do their job , or is a complete rip off. I am appalled with this place. My car looks terrible, and you, can bet my lawyer is on it… along with my adjuster, and after 12 x running back & forth… I, will never take my car back there ever again. Can not even tell you, how many times I, called this place, and always excuses! Awful, Sad, and Very Disappointed. Beware People this is not a Trust Worthy Place @ all! I will be writing as many Reviews as I, can! Hopefully, to make a difference for, someone else. In Conclusion, my Son was Dying, fighting for, his Life, and both My Friend, and I, received injuries in this car accident… and all Matt did was create more Stress! I just called him last week, after my Son’s passing… had appointment like a fool I, was, and he said, “ could we make it for, next week when I, have some of my guys here?” Always no help, or many other excuses.” I am done, and I, never want them touching my car again. Honda will check my car out! Beware! Beware! I do not Trust Matt @ all. This place is at 6181 E. Taft Rd. North Syracuse 13212.
