Chad was very professional, friendly, and Chad understood us needing help being from out of town and the technician wasted no time diagnosing and fixing the issue. The turnaround to get us back on the road was impressively quick without sacrificing quality, and everything was explained clearly and honestly. It's rare to find an auto shop that combines speed, efficiency, and exceptional customer service care without getting ripped off seamlessly. Their service was top notch - quality, same day, and extremely friendly. They also let me know of an upcoming issue to watch for but didn’t pressure me to fix it right then. It is a sigh of relief to find an auto service that is not taking advantage of you. I highly recommend them!
View on GoogleFast service, very reasonable price. I installed a new starter on my tahoe and all of a sudden my truck stopped starting. I called the guys at tuffy and they got me in immediately. Turns out I broke the clip that holds a small wire to the back of the starter. They replaced the wiring harness for me in a matter of a few short hours. Big thanks to the team!!
