I had a great experience with Auto Lab of Troy. The service was excellent, and they got my car done faster than I expected, which was a huge plus. While repairs can sometimes be costly, they always do the job right the first time. I’ve never had to return for the same issue, but it’s reassuring to know they back their work with a warranty. Even if something goes wrong out of town, they provide a number to call and will direct you to a trusted shop in your area. In the past, I’ve taken my car to other shops only to have ongoing issues. But when I bring it to Auto Lab, the problem gets fixed—properly. They handle check engine lights so you’re not left worrying about what’s going on under the hood. I highly recommend getting your vehicle serviced here. Great team, quality work, and peace of mind every time.

I had him inspect two cars for me. He was patient and informative and went above and beyond to meet my needs for a reasonable price. His team’s turnaround time for the repairs blew me away. And I know that they are honest technicians too. The first car I looked had $3500 dollars worth of repairs and he advised me not to buy it even though that could have been $3500 of business for him. But in turn they now have a happy repeat customer. Thank you Glenn and team for fitting me in my newest vehicle.
