I had a great experience working with automotive castle in Troy. I brought my car in for cosmetic damage to the front grille, bumper, headlight, and other trim pieces. The car was put back together without issues. They handled my insurance. Was a painless process. Would recommend.

View on GoogleI had an unexpected and loud exhaust issue pop up on my 2015 Chrysler 200 V6. I called Automotive Castle around 10:00 AM, described the symptoms, and they told me to bring it right in. Within 15 minutes of arriving, they had my car looked at and correctly diagnosed that a flex pipe had broken off. Sam at the front desk was fantastic. He immediately shopped around to source the replacement Y-pipe and flex pipe so the repair could be done the very same day at a great price. Exhaust work in Michigan almost always means dealing with severely rusted bolts, and their technician, Fred, handled the rusty assembly perfectly. Even with the extra labor required for the rust and the skyrocketing cost of car repairs in 2026, the final price was extremely reasonable. My car sounds great again, and the concerning noise is completely gone. To wake up with a major vehicle problem at 10:00 AM and have it expertly resolved by the afternoon is exceptional service. I highly recommend Sam and the rest of the team here if you want an honest, fast, and fairly priced repair.

I drive 10 miles to their shop as I have consistently found them to be honest about necessary repairs and very fair on pricing. They have serviced our multiple family cars and SUVs, most recently our Suburban. Definitely recommend them and we will be back.
